They're a bit brash and they pound their points home, yet they entertain, imparting wisdom and fundamental information you can't get elsewhere. The bottom line is that they are really honest and really care about helping their clients.

It's too expensive to move to Florida. The average home costs $400,000 in Palm Beach County and the property taxes are $8,000 to $9,500 depending on location. Under the new plan, the taxes will be $4,000. New homeowners are subsidizing Florida residents, which is unfair and unethical. If 40% of our current buyers are purchasing second homes and many others are retirees, they won't come here. Local salaries are too low to support this overhead.

From a business perspective, our neighbors are moving away. It takes time and money to build a clientele, and they are leaving in droves. Our friends are moving. With Proposition 1%, residents won't move to North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina or Georgia. These changes are needed to "Save Florida".

Bob Wolff and Bill Tavernise will be approaching all politicians, both in office and candidates. They aim to mobilize the unions, builders' associations and Realtors

Bob and Bill have answers! They are both Realtors® and mortgage brokers. Bob Wolff owns the Asset Mortgage Group, and Bill Tavernise owns Lifestyle Under the Sun Real Estate as well as Florida Style Real Estate.
