Homestead Property Acquired through Marriage

Question: My spouse purchased and condo and had homestead exemption in place on the property before our marriage.

Subsequently, my spouse and I married and my name was added to the deed. My spouse kept the maiden name. Are we required to re-file for homestead exemption on the property?
