Judgement and decrees interest rates announced
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer has set the rate of interest payable on judgments and decrees for 2007 at 11 percent per annum or .0003014 per day.
Florida Statute §55.03(1) requires the chief financial officer to set the rate of interest payable on judgments and decrees on December 1 for the year beginning the following January. Last year the interest rate was 9 percent.
