My husband and I have lived in a property for 17 years owned free and clear by my father and mother in law. My father in law passed away 8 years ago and my mother in law added my husband to the deed and we have claimed homestead on the property. A few years ago the house received damage and our insurance ( my husbands and mine) paid a claim of 100,000.00. I just found out that last year my husband deeded the property back to his mother without my knowledge. Do I have any say or recourse? thank you
