Legally separated couple staying together in same residence for a weekend

If a woman who is legally separated from her husband - and who has been living in FL for 7 months in a family-owned condo - allows her spouse to spend the night at the FL residence for 3 - 4 nights, can he claim any rights of ownership to that residence? He legally resides in NC. The condo is owned by the wife (1/3), and her 2 brothers (2/3).
