We recently bought a home in Oldsmar, FL according to the official survey the neighbors fence encroaches 7 inches into our property. In addition they have massive trees planted along that fence, those trees roots have grown into our yard and damaged not only the yard but are safety hazards plus they have grown extremely close to our deck and pool area which could cause extensive damage, the pool pump is on a concrete slab and that has alreadybeen damaged. My husband is in Iraq and can't handle the issue and I am physically disabled and am not comfortable talking with neighbors I don't know and who could cause problems. What are my legal rights and possible recourse?
