You must file by March 1st for 2012 exemptions! This includes homestead, disability, widow/widower, granny flat, portability, and non-profit exemptions. Note: Per Section 196.011(8), Florida Statutes, the County Property Appraiser cannot accept any exemption late applications once late filing deadline closed.
