If a property is owned by an LLC and rented to the parents Or a parent) of all of the members of the LLC, can the property qualify for the Homestead exemption if the renter qualifies otherwise - ie has a Fla Drivers License, SS#, Registered Florida Vehicle? The sole purpose of such an arrangement is for Estate Planning Purposes (so the owning generation - 2nd generation, the sole owners of the LLC) receives the property appreciation over time.

No. The LLC is the key. The property must be owned by a natural person or a trust in order to qualify for homestead exemption status, regardless of the status of the occupants.
