We have a cottage in Canada we use 4 months of the year and visit family/travel 2 mos. and reside in our home in Florida 6 mos. Our Florida home is our permanent residence. This is a statement of fact. The county sees it differently. Getting a clear reason for denial always seems to be our citizenship. We are legally allowed to live in the US for 6 mos a year. We spend in a given year more time in Florida then any other location. Where do we stand? Any thoughts!
