Denied Homestead after Hx cleared

Hi, I received Homestead Exemp. Receipt in mail after some scrutiny by Tax Appraiser. Someone notated "Hx cleared for 09" on the receipt. Does this mean that I am good to for this year OR can the tax authorities come back in 3 mo and say "Oh sorry, your exmption is removed." Thanks, Clay

I would assume that means you are good for 2009. I would double check with your county property appraiser.
