I filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy in another state and moved to Florida. Can the bankruptcy court in the other state take my house in Florida? Their lawyers are saying that they will send a US Marshal to take my house by the end of the year.

We don't opine on Bankruptcy, but you would have to contact your BR lawyer since we are not experts in foreign BR judgments. Our apologies!
