Subject: The Department will receive comments on the proposed rule published in the Florida Administrative Register December 21, 2020 (Vol. 46, No. 247, pp. 5594-5596), as amended by the Notice of Change published in this edition of the Florida Administrative Register. The proposed amendments to Rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C. (Index to Forms), is to adopt, by reference, new forms that will be used to administer the Certified Florida Property Appraiser and Certified Florida Tax Collector Program and to remove forms rendered obsolete by the new forms.
