The Florida Department of State, State Library and Archives of Florida is pleased to announce a new Florida Government Electronic Rulemaking system. The new system has been designed to streamline and improve the rulemaking process, providing Florida's citizens and state agencies with enhanced tools for submitting and commenting on information published in the Florida Administrative Weekly.
Through these programs, Floridians have access to the rules and regulations affecting them, as well as notices of proposed rules, public meetings, bid proposals and other items. Agencies are provided with information on the rulemaking process as well as electronic submission of notices to the Florida Administrative Weekly.
